Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Kavor’s desktop application, website and related services. Please read them before creating an account or using Kavor.

Effective July 24, 2026

Current operator

Kavor by Rodrigo Fraga is currently operated by Rodrigo P. Fraga as an individual. References to “Kavor”, “we” or “us” mean the current operator.

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Kavor, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s authorization, you may use Kavor only with that authorization.

If you use Kavor for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service and your account

Kavor is a local-first desktop system for coordinating coding agents, tools and engineering context. Some functions require an account or third-party integrations.

You are responsible for accurate account information, for protecting access to your device and providers, and for activity performed through your account.

Your work and connected services

You retain ownership of your files, prompts, specifications, code and other content. You grant Kavor only the limited rights needed to operate functions you deliberately invoke.

When you connect an agent, model, repository or other service, that provider’s terms and data practices also apply. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, permissions and changes before relying on or shipping them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kavor to violate law or third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade security controls or expose data you are not authorized to process.

You must use coding agents and generated output with appropriate human review, testing and security controls.

Free availability and future paid features

The current public version of Kavor is free. Kavor may introduce optional paid features later. Any price, renewal, refund or billing terms will be presented separately before you purchase them; these Terms do not create a payment obligation.

Software, updates and intellectual property

Kavor and its branding, interfaces and service code remain owned by the operator or applicable licensors. Your right to install and use distributed desktop builds is also subject to the license included with that build.

We may update, change or discontinue features to improve security, reliability or the product. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Availability and disclaimers

Kavor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Coding agents and external services can be unavailable, inaccurate or destructive. You remain responsible for backups, review, testing and deployment decisions.

We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability and account termination

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kavor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only as far as law permits.

You may stop using Kavor at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful use or a material breach, and will use proportionate measures where practical.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms as Kavor evolves. Material changes will receive a new effective date and, when required, renewed acceptance.

Applicable mandatory law and rights in your place of residence continue to apply. Contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute directly.
